1.This is petition seeking quashing of the FIR No. 1364/2015 registeredat PS Malviya Nagar under Sections 420 of IPC and proceedingsemanating therefrom.at PS Malviya Nagar under Sections 420 of IPC and proceedingsemanating therefrom.

2.As per the FIR, there are allegations of misappropriation of funds bythe petitioner, who is Chartered Accountant.the petitioner, who is Chartered Accountant.

5.I am of the view that all the grounds raised in the petition can be raised

before the concerned Court at the time of framing of charges.
