The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

joined investigation in terms of the order dated 07.11.2023, which position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court.

2.The learned APP further submits that the petitioner is no more required any further investigation.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being

arrested, she be released on bail subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that she will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.

4.The petition alongwith pending applications, if any, stands disposed of. of.

5.Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master.

6.Order be uploaded on the website of this Court.
