1. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (‘APP’) for the State submits that the trial is at fag end and only formal witnesses remain to be examined.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission by the learned APP for the State, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file afresh in case the trial is not concluded within period of six months.
3. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
