1.The learned counsel for the petitioner invites the attention of the Court to the order dated 23.11.2023 to contend that the petitioner has again joined investigation and has also handed over the mobile phone to the Investigating Officer, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court.

2.The learned APP further fairly states that the petitioner is not required any further investigation.

3.In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the

sum of Rs. 25,000/- and surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.

4.The petition alongwith pending application, stands disposed of.

5.Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
