3.In these circumstances, petitioner’s counsel does not press this bail petition at this stage and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to approach this Court at subsequent stage.

4.Accordingly, this bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application, if any. Liberty granted

5.Copy of order be sent to Trial Court for compliance of directions passed herein above.
