1.The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was arrested way back on 26.04.2023 and the arguments on the charges have still not taken place before the learned Trial Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the supplementary chargesheet has been filed only recently and the matter is now fixed for arguments on charge.
3.He submits that he is hopeful that the arguments on charge would be concluded before the learned Trial Court on the next date of hearing.
4.Considering the above, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and
file afresh after the arguments on charge takes place.
5.In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
