1.The term of the externment is finishing on 6[th] February 2025 and clearly there are four cases against the petitioner, under the Delhi Excise Act, where huge quantity of liquor has been recovered. The Court does not see any reason to allow this petition.
2.Accordingly, the petition is dismissed along with the pending application.
