3.The APP for the State has informed that the trial is almost over and
only 6-7 formal witnesses are left to be examined.
4.Accordingly, the trial be expedited and concluded within period of next three months.
5.The case relates to allegations of Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The victim was 7 years old, in second standard at the date of the incident and the accused was tenant in the same building.
