3.The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 0020/2024 dated 27.03.2024 for
offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
5.Permission and liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.
6.Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
