1.Learned APP for the State under instructions from the IO submits that the accused/applicant is not wanted in case FIR No. 0229/2023 under Section 406/420/468/471/120B/34 IPC, PS Adarsh Nagar. He further submits that notice was served to the applicant for the purpose of recording his statement only but due to lack of co-operation from him, an separate FIR has been registered under Section 175 IPC.

2. Since the applicant/accused is not wanted in connection with the present FIR, there is no threat of arrest of the applicant, therefore, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present

application.

3.In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the request made, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
