1.An FIR bearing No.0251/2025, dated 11.05.2025 filed under Section365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been registered at Police Station K.N.Katju Marg, Delhi, in respect of the missing person.

2.Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the missing person

has not been traced as yet and all possible efforts are being made.

3.In view thereof, the IO/SHO concerned is directed to submit reportregarding tracing of the missing girl before the learned Magistrate concernedwithin period of two weeks from today, and thereafter to file reportregarding the search for the missing person at regular intervals of every twomonths.

4.In case the petitioner has any grievance, she is granted liberty to movean appropriate application before the learned Magistrate, as and when deemednecessary.an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate, as and when deemednecessary.

5.In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
