1.Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (“BNSS”) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking Regular Bail in FIR No.0370/2025, under Sections 309(6)/3(5) BNS, registered at PS: Sadar Bazar, Delhi.
2.Status Report filed on behalf of the State be taken on record.
3.It is submitted that charges have been framed but the Complainant is yet to be examined.
4.Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file afresh after recording of the public witnesses.
5.The Bail Application along with pending Applications is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
