2.We have been informed that the issues raised in this Public Interest Litigation is already engaging attention of this Court in W.P.(C) 7467/2018 alongwith W.P. (C) 8023/2020.

3.Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner states that instead of continuing with the proceedings in this PIL separately, petitioner may be permitted to be impleaded as party in the pending writ petition bearing W.P.(C) 7467/2018 and petitioner association may also be permitted to file an additional affidavit.

4.Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to seek its impleadment in W.P.(C) 7467/2018.
