1.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that the vehicle in question has been released by respondent nos. 4 and 5 after the petitioner paid all the defaulted instalments.

3.This Court is of the view that the petitioner’s prayer for compensation/damages cannot be decided by following summary procedure
