1.The petitioner was candidate in the Common Assistant AccountsOfficer Examination (Civil), pursuant to notification issued by thePrincipal Accounts Office, Government of National Capital Territory ofDelhi, on 15.06.2021. She appeared in the examination, but missed theminimum qualifying marks of 60 out of 150 in paper No. 3 [AccountingProcedure] by 1.36 marks, i.e. she scored 58.64 instead of 60 marks. Theresults were declared on 14.11.2024, and she has made representationon 21.11.2024 for grant of grace marks.
2.The relief sought in this writ petition is for direction upon therespondent to decide her representation within time bound period.
3.Learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondent, andstates that the representation will be decided within period of fourweeks from today.

4.The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed ofin terms of the aforesaid submissions.
5.As notification has already been issued for the next CommonAssistant Accounts Officer Examination (Civil), the respondents aredirected to ensure that the petitioner’s representation is disposed of withinthe aforesaid period.
