1.This is petition filed on behalf of the petitioner with the following

prayer:

A. Direct the respondents to transfer the investigation in FIR No. 259/2025 of PS – Janakpuri, Delhi to an independent agency or Senior Officer of Delhi Police not below Joint Commissioner rank; FIR No. 259/2025 of PS – Janakpuri, Delhi to an independent agency or Senior Officer of Delhi Police not below Joint Commissioner rank;

B. Direct respondents to conduct fair, impartial, unbiased, and proper investigation against all named accused; unbiased, and proper investigation against all named accused;

C. Direct the state authorities to provide immediate safety and security to the petitioners and their property; and security to the petitioners and their property;

D. Direct respondents to take appropriate legal action against all accused under relevant provisions of law according to the facts of the case; against all accused under relevant provisions of law according to the facts of the case;

E. Pass any further orders deemed just and proper.

2.Ld. Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the State at the very outset submits that the investigation in FIR no. 259/2025 is complete and draft charge sheet is ready and after approval, the same will be filed in the Court. 3.Since the investigation is almost complete, the present petition seeking to transfer the investigation to an independent agency has become infructuous. Petition is therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to resort to appropriate proceedings as permissible under law with direction to State to provide adequate protection to the petitioners. The mobile number of beat officer of the area where the petitioners are residing be shared with petitioners so that in case of need, they may contact them for assistance.
