3.After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in view of the fact that settlement agreement has already been executed between the Petitioner and Respondent no. 4 and the Guardian Petition bearing GP No. 33/2021 titled as Bhupender Sharma vs. Kiran filed by the
Petitioner, is pending before the learned Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari since December 2023.
4.The learned Family Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the said Guardianship petition.
5.The petition, along with pending application, if any, is disposed of in the above terms, as withdrawn.
6.It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of this case.
