1. The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 528 of BNSS seeking regular bail in the FIR No.523/2024 under Section 309(6) & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar. Additionally Section 317(2) of BNS was included in the chargesheet on 17.01.2025.

2. Mr. Tarang Srivastava, the learned APP for State submits that the medical report has been received by the complainant stating his injuries to be grievous. He further submits that the complainant had suffered fracture on his hand for which the medical opinion is also to be filed.

3. Let the copies of the same be furnished to the petitioners.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail applications. permission to withdraw the present bail applications.

5. Permission is granted.
