1. Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for quashing of the FIR No.643/2020 under Section 323/447/354/354(A)/354(B)/427/379/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Wazirabad, Delhi. 2. None has been appearing on behalf of the Petitioners.
3. Learned Prosecutor submits that the Charge Sheet has been filed in the present FIR on 12.05.2023 and the matter is now listed for Prosecution evidence. The Charges have already been framed.
4. The Petition is hereby dismissed in default and for non-prosecution
