1.This is petition under Section 483(1)(b) read with Section 528 of

BNSS seeking setting aside/modification of order dated 15.06.2024 passed by learned ASJ-07, Saket Courts, South East District, Delhi in Bail Application No. 1851/2024 titled as Vidit Kishore Saxena Vs. State.

2.After part submissions, Mr. Jai Anant Dehadrai, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to resort to appropriate remedy.

3.The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record, and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
