2. The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the
following prayers:-
A. To call the entire trial court record of CT No. 13353/2020 pending before Ms. Preeti Rajoria Ld. MM, Mahilla Court, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi;
B. To set-aside the impugned order dated 24.08.2023 passed by the court of Sh. Babru Bhan, Ld. ASJ, Noth West, Rohini, Delhi in Crl. Rev. No. 99/2023 and also impugned order dated 24.06.2022 and 24.12.2022 passed by Ld. MM,Mahilla Court, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CT No. 13353/2020 as null and void, in the interest of justice;
C. Pass such other or further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent, in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present
petition.
4. Leave granted.
5. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
6. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
