1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. The present petition under Section 482 read with 439(2) of the Cr.P.C.

seeks the following prayers:-

“(a) Pass necessary order(s) cancelling the Anticipatory Bail granted to the Accused Person/ Respondent No. 2 vide order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge – 09 (West), Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi in case FIR No. 922/2022 registered under Section 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at PS- Paschim Vihar East, Delhi in Bail Application No. 744 of 2023 and the Accused Person/ Respondent No. 2 be arrested and be committed to custody. b) Any other order this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage, however, he submits that the investigation into the present FIR may be concluded as expeditiously as possible after examining all the issues raised by the

petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with the direction to the Investigating Officer that investigation in the present FIR shall be concluded expeditiously and monthly report will be given to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate under due intimation to the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
