1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. The present case was listed for 05.02.2025, however, owing to Delhi

Legislative Assembly Elections, 2025, the matter is taken up for hearing on 06.02.2025.

3. The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the

following prayers:-

“a) Quash the FIR No. 168 of 2018 dated 17.08.2018 filed by the

Respondent No.3 with the Economic Offences Wing, Delhi and quash all proceedings arising out of the said FIR;

b) During the pendency of this petition, grant interim stay on all proceedings arising out of FIR No. 168 of 2018;

c) In the interim, issue directions that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners in relation to the FIR No.168 of 20 18;

d) Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.”

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner without prejudice

to the rights and contentions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

5. Leave granted.

6. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. accordingly.
