1.None has appeared on behalf of Respondent nos. 5 and 6 even on second call.

2.The report, as called for, from All India Institute of Medical Sciences [“AIIMS”] has been received and the said report has assessed that Mr. Rohit Goel, who was in the custody of Respondent no. 4, was not suffering from Alcohol Use Disorder (addiction to alchohol), and that test result was within the normal range (reported value being 48%, while the normal range is 0%-50%).

3.Since Mr. Rohit Goel is no longer in the custody of Respondent

no. 4, no further orders are required to be passed and the present writ petition in the nature of habeas corpus stands disposed.
