1.Daughter of the Petitioner (hereinafter referred to as ‘X’) is present in
Court today.
2.During the in-Chamber proceedings we have interacted with ‘X’, who is minor and about eight months’ pregnant. ‘X’ has stated that she got married to Sahil Khan who is stated to be missing. She further states that she has come to Delhi with the mother of Sahil Khan.
3.Mother of Sahil Khan is directed to be present in Court at 02:30 PM. ‘X’ is also directed to be present in Court at 02:30 PM.

1.During the in-Chambers proceedings at 02:30 PM, we have spoken to ‘X’, the Petitioner and the mother of Sahil Khan.
2.‘X’, who is eight months’ pregnant, states that she does not want to go back to her parents’ house.
3.In view of the above, State is directed to ensure that ‘X’ is kept in Nirmal Chhaya and be produced before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) every month till she attains majority. The State is also directed to bear the expenses of the delivery of child and other related medical expenses of ‘X’.
4.Since the body has been recovered, no further orders are required to be passed in this Petition.
5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
6.It is open for the parents of ‘X’ to meet her in accordance with law.
