4.The present first bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") has been filed by the petitioner seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail in Complaint No. 280/SHO Bawana, dated 20.03.2025 registered at Police Station Bawana, New Delhi.

5.Mr. Himanshu Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has filed the present application seeking anticipatory

bail but till date no FIR has been registered against him, therefore, he limits his relief only to the extent that he should be given statutory notice, as per law.

6.Mr. Raghuinder Verma, the learned APP appearing for the State, also concedes to the above submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

7.In view of the submissions made, statutory notice, as per law, be given to the petitioner, at least three days in advance, after the registration of FIR, in the present case.

8.Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
