No. 3582 dated 28.10.2024, PS: Beta 2, Greater Noida, Distt. Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh - 201310.

4.At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present application in order to file an appropriate application before the Court of competent jurisdiction without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner
