Bisen, the learned Brief Holder<br>for the State.<br>Heard.<br>By filing this writ petition, the petitioner<br>has prayed for issuance of writ of certiorari<br>quashing<br>the<br>recovery<br>notice<br>dated<br>21.03.2022, Annexure no. 7 to the writ<br>petition.<br>Mr. V.D. Bisen, the learned Brief Holder<br>for the State would submit that the petitioner<br>has an alternative efficacious remedy to file<br>appeal before the Excise Commissioner, State<br>of Uttarakhand, under Section 11 of the<br>Uttarakhand Excise Act, 1910.<br>In that view of the matter, this Court is<br>not inclined to entertain the writ application.<br>The writ application, is, therefore, dismissed<br>with<br>liberty<br>to<br>the<br>petitioner<br>to<br>file<br>appropriate<br>appeal<br>before<br>the<br>Excise<br>Commissioner, State of Uttrakhand.<br>**( S.K.
