By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ of certiorari quashing the recovery notice dated 21.03.2022, Annexure no. 7 to the writ petition. Mr. V.D. Bisen, the learned Brief Holder for the State would submit that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy to file appeal before the Excise Commissioner, State of Uttarakhand, under Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Excise Act, 1910. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application. The writ application, is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the Excise Commissioner, State of Uttrakhand. **( S.K.
