By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the
following reliefs:-
“I. Issue writ, order in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to grant permission to initiate recruitment process for the Post of Assistant Teacher (Maths/Science) (Unreserved Category) and Assistant Teacher (Social Science) (ST Category) as requested by petitioner and thereafter shall be directed to conclude the recruitment process as per the provisions of Education Act 2006 and Regulations framed therein. directing respondents to grant permission to initiate recruitment process for the Post of Assistant Teacher (Maths/Science) (Unreserved Category) and Assistant Teacher (Social Science) (ST Category) as requested by petitioner and thereafter shall be directed to conclude the recruitment process as per the provisions of Education Act 2006 and Regulations framed therein.
II. to issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case; and Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case; and

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 16.08.2023, Writ Petition (M/S) 3231 of 2022, Committee of Management R.M.P.P. Vidhyalaya Inter College Gurukul Narsan v. State of Uttarakhand and others, and connected cases.
4. This fact is admitted by the learned State Counsel.
5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 16.08.2023, Writ Petition (M/S) No. 3231 of 2022, Committee of Management R.M.P.P. Vidhyalaya Inter College Gurukul Narsan v. State of Uttarakhand and others, and connected cases.
